Services

We provide web development, cybersecurity, and SaaS development services as described on our website. All deliverables are subject to the project scope defined in individual agreements.

Payment

Payment terms are outlined in project proposals. Standard terms: 30% advance, 40% at milestone, 30% on completion. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance.

Intellectual Property

You own the final deliverables once full payment is received. We retain rights to use project work in our portfolio (images, summaries) unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

We protect your confidential information and trade secrets using industry-standard NDA practices, and we expect the same protection of our proprietary methods and implementation details.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total value of the project. We're notresponsible for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruptions.
